Why Yang Family Tai Chi ?
There are 5 recognised styles of Tai Chi of which the Yang style has become the most
popular worldwide.

The Yang Family Tai Chi dynasty began with the legendary Yang Lu Chan (1799 - 1872).
The family art was passed onto his grandson Yang Cheng Fu and then to Fu Zhong Wen -
Cheng Fu's nephew and prominent disciple (Tuti). He in turn passed on the tradition to his
son Fu Sheng Yuan who now lives in Perth W.A.

Born in 1931 and beginning his training at the age of 9, Grandmaster Fu Sheng Yuan - 5th
generation patriarch of Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan and 8th Dan Chinese Wushu - is
regarded as one of the leading authorities on Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan. The family tradition
is carried forward by Grand Master Fu's son Qing Quan (James) Fu
(6th generation Yang Family Tai Chi), 7th Dan Chinese Wu Shu.

Instructor

Yuan and as such has been personally trained in the family art.
